Admission Process

ONLINE CAMPUS™ admits all qualified applicants regardless of age, sexual preferences, gender, marital status, religion, national origin, creed, mental limitation, disability or ethnic origin. The ONLINE CAMPUS™ recruits and admits those students / learners who have the potential to successfully complete the educational programs. The prospective student’s motivation and interest in succeeding in his/her chosen business field are important factors for admission consideration as well as the student’s academic background and qualifications.

In an effort to make your Registration process easy, convenient and as quick as possible, we are offering this web-based Registration Form allowing you to submit electronically, without any formal commitment.

Evaluation of the applicant’s Registration is the necessary components for acceptance. Success in a Online Distance Learning program is highly dependent on the applicant’s prior education and occupational experience enhanced by the motivation, self-discipline and desire to succeed. The innovative, ONLINE CAMPUS educational environment challenges a person’s ability to manage his/her time, family and work commitments, while devoting sufficient time to read and study assigned instructional materials.

PRELIMINARY ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
All applicants for admission to ONLINE CAMPUS™ must provide the admission Office with following:

  1. A properly completed Registration Form, available at ONLINE CAMPUS™ website or Admission Office or eLearning Point.
  2. Evidence of pervious academic work: Transcript will be required to document the applicant’s prior education.
  3. Registration fee as per Our Fee Structure
Prospective student’s Registration will be reviewed and decided for admission on an individual basis by the Admission Office or the Chief Academic Officer. An applicant may be asked to provide additional evidence of academic proficiency, if needed.  Other specific admission requirements or prerequisites may be applicable for different diploma and degree program as indicated in this website. The Application Form and all related admission documents submitted to ONLINE CAMPUS™ shall become the property of the ONLINE CAMPUS™.

Once Application Form and all supporting documents have been received by the Admission Office, approximately three to four weeks should be allowed for processing and notification of the applicant’s admission status. Due to international official transcripts evaluation, this process may take longer for foreign applicants.

Once a prospective student is admitted into a program, he/she will be mailed a Letter of Acceptance advising him / her of the successful admission evaluation process along with a student Handbook and all necessary instructional material / information to begin the course. An applicant may be provisionally (Conditionally) admitted for enrollment if his /her admission’s file shows deficiency of needed documents.

A course matrix and costs will be provided to new students listing all required courses and for successful completion of the course. The course matrix will indicate courses that received transfer credits along with the appropriate earned credits, if any. Enrolled students can follow their program matrix to complete course requirements.

Rejected Applications
If the applicants do not satisfy the eligibility criteria, the applications are returned to them along with all enclosures and the amount paid after deducting Rs. 1000 for Indian Students and US $20 for International Students. Such students are, however, permitted to apply again after they subsequently satisfy the eligibility criteria.

Remittance
The applicants are required to pay the fee as indicated in the Fee Schedule.  The remittance can be done by way of Demand Draft or Credit Card.  Demand Draft should be in favour of "ONLINE CAMPUS™" payable at Bangalore. INDIA

No Refund
The amount once paid is not refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of rejected applications.

Right to Amend Rules
The ONLINE CAMPUS™ reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations wherever considered necessary and appropriate. Such amendments will be intimated to the students. Therefore, this publication and the descriptions contained herein are not to be construed as a contract binding the ONLINE CAMPUS™ to any specific policies. Possible changes include, but are not limited to passing requirements, eligibility criteria for examinations, payment schedule, refund policy, curriculum and course content, examination pattern, certification and designation, and such other matters as may be considered relevant.
